1. How to Update Your Calendar

Summary: Your Availability Calendar is sacred. It’s the only way we book new weddings. Please read your contract carefully. Remember, if you mark yourself as available, it means you are 100% ready to work. Assignments cannot be declined.

ADD A NEW DATES

You can only enter dates one-at-a-time. This helps avoid errors! To begin, start typing the name of the month, such as: June 1… July 15… August 5….

You’ll begin to see dates populate in the drop-down menu.

Once you’ve selected the date you can hit “Add Availability”. The tab will refresh. You’ll see the date added to the “My Availability” section!

REMOVE A DATE

Super easy! Simply click Remove Availability next to each date. Remember, you can’t remove availability if you’ve already been assigned a project.

ADJUST YOUR CITIES

You can tell us in which cities you’re available for every date. For example, you might decide to be available in multiple cities based on your personal preferences or travel situation.

You can set your Default Cities, and also override that for each specific date.

For example, if you want to be available for weddings in Miami in the winter.
