Unlike Videographers, Photographers have freedom to move freely without babysitting their tripod. Tell them exactly what shot you are capturing so they understand not to get in your shot. The importance is both Photographer and Videographer get uninterrupted shot of the entire event.
COMMUNICATE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
Photographers and Videographers must communicate their intentions throughout the wedding. Important that you formulate a plan before ceremony and reception.
When the event happens, be aware of your surroundings and know where everyone is at. Provide hand signals while keeping on-going eye contact to signal non-verbal communication.
