INTENTION: This sheet will help you organize all items to successfully record to wedding standards for Ceremony and Toast.

Pre-ceremony checklist
☐ Camera Resolution is set at 1080p
☐ Color Profile set to LOG or NEUTRAL
☐ White balance is set to MANUAL. (5600K for outdoors. 3200K for indoors)
☐ Both cameras are set to record audio
☐ LAV and External Recorder Audio must be recorded on a SEPARATE audio track.
☐ Must have Two (2) Usable Audio Tracks!
CEREMONY SETUP
☐ Camera A is set on a tripod at the back of the aisle and off to the side a bit so as not to block the processional.
☐ Camera A is filming a Medium shot.
☐ Camera A is focused on the altar.
☐ Camera B is set on a monopod.
☐ I am near the altar ready to film the processional with Camera B.
☐ I have a plan to walk to the back of the aisle and set camera B on its monopod immediately after the processional.
☐ The officiant has a lavalier mic.
☐ The groom has a lavalier mic.
☐ Each mic is connected to its OWN external recorder.
☐ Each mic has been tested and is set to recording.
☐ I have a recorder on the DJ soundboard.
TOASTS SETUP
☐ I know exactly what time the toasts start.
☐ I know where the speakers will be standing.
☐ I have talked to the DJ about the option of using a microphone stand.
☐ I have attached a MAIN wireless microphone to the DJ’s handheld microphone.
☐ My MAIN wireless microphone is recording on a separate Audio Track.
☐ I have a SECOND microphone set up in front of the DJ’s speaker monitor.
☐ The SECOND microphone is recording on a separate Audio Track.
☐ I have an external recorder connected to the DJ soundboard as a backup option.
☐ Each mic has been tested and is recording.
☐ I have my camera on a tripod and recording a medium/tight shot of the speaker.
☐ I have my second camera on a tripod and recording a wide shot of the speakers as a backup source.
