Your contract explains your upload policy. You must start your upload as soon as possible after the wedding and engagement. We expect your uploads to finish within 48 hours. If the upload is taking longer than 48 hours, you must regularly monitor the progress and message us within dashboard (Message Tab) at least once a day.
We understand your upload might take longer due to internet issues, slow computers, or back-to-back weddings. That’s totally fine! You’ll never be penalized as long as we have great communication to know your progress.
Your upload does not need to be finished within 48 hours! It just needs to be started and regularly monitored!”
