If you are assigned as the lead videographer, you are responsible in capturing all the important moments. Second videographers are considered as assistant and would need guidance throughout the day.
Highlight Video
Think of the Highlight Video as the couple’s wedding day in a cinematic nutshell — a beautifully paced recap from beginning to end. Your goal is to capture the visual story of their entire day while layering in meaningful audio moments: the emotion of the ceremony, the laughter and love from the toasts, and any other sound bites that help tell their unique story.
Documentary Video
The Documentary Video is a long-format film that gives couples a comprehensive look at their entire wedding day. It blends raw, unscripted moments (getting ready, cocktail hour, pre-ceremony, and open dancing) with complete, uninterrupted edits of key milestones: the first look, full ceremony, grand entrance, first dances, every toast, and reception highlights. Because this product relies on continuity and authenticity, it’s important to keep your presence minimal and your camera rolling as much as possible — the goal is to document the day as it naturally unfolds, with as few interruptions as possible.
Full Ceremony Video
The Full Ceremony is a complete, uncut recording of the ceremony from the very first processional to the final recessional.

Full Toast Video
The Full Toasts product captures every toast from start to finish — no trimming, no cutting away early. This is something couples will revisit for years, so clean, intelligible audio from each speaker is the top priority. Plan ahead to anticipate where speakers will stand and position your equipment accordingly.

Full First Look
The First Look is one of the most intimate moments of the entire wedding day. Your recording should capture the full experience from the first glimpse to the last savoring moments — with audio that reflects how genuinely personal this moment is. Position yourself to be as unobtrusive as possible while still capturing every word and reaction.
Private Vows or Letter Reading
Private Vows or Letter Readings are deeply personal and often unrepeatable. Your job is to create a safe, invisible presence so the couple can be fully in the moment while you capture every word with beautiful clarity. This is one of those recordings that can genuinely move someone to tears decades later — treat it with that level of care.
Dances & Special Performances
The Dance section covers all dancing captured throughout the reception — first dance, parent dances, and other special performances (choreographed routines, surprise numbers, cultural traditions, live musical performances, or anything the couple has arranged in advance). These often require extra coordination, so confirm details with the couple or coordinator ahead of time and position yourself early to capture the full performance from start to finish without missing the buildup or reaction shots. Your goal is to capture the energy and movement of the room while staying attentive to key partner dances that deserve full, uninterrupted coverage.
Guest Interview (Add-on)
Guest Interviews are a heartwarming collection of well-wishes, memories, and messages recorded from guests throughout the day — typically during cocktail hour or reception. Think of it as a video guestbook. Your role is to make guests feel comfortable and natural on camera, encouraging them to speak from the heart. Audio clarity is key, as background noise at receptions can be challenging.
Drone Photos (Add-on)
Some couples add Drone Photos as an optional upgrade to their package. Before heading to the wedding, check the Wedding Detail Page to confirm whether this add-on has been selected. If it has, you’ll be responsible for capturing RAW drone photos of the landscape in addition to any video footage. These still images showcase the venue’s surroundings and give couples a stunning bird’s-eye perspective of their special day.
4K Resolution (Add-on)
The majority of our wedding videos are delivered in 1080p. However, some couples upgrade to 4K Resolution. Before the wedding, check the Wedding Detail Page to confirm which resolution is selected for this couple. If 4K is listed, it’s essential that your camera is set to capture in 4K throughout the day — footage captured in 1080p cannot be upscaled to meet this standard.
