- Please DO NOT add black bars to a 16×9 timeline.
LOGO: Every video begins and ends with our logo. You can download from the Master Video Folder.
EXPORT: Export the finished video in 2.35:1 aspect ratio so it has anamorphic style. All videos can be exported in HD.
LUT: Client selects the LUT, either Rustic or Classic.
DRONE: Our goal is to use drone footage for EVERY video. If you don’t see new drone footage, check the Master Folder for stock footage from the same venue. This was filmed for another wedding on another day. It’s OK. In most cases, we can still use it. Be sure to find clips that look generic. For example, don’t show an outdoor ceremony area if the wedding you’re editing had an indoor ceremony. Don’t use sunny drone footage if the wedding you’re editing was cloudy and rainy. If you can’t use the stock drone footage for some reason, please let us know.
TITLE: Please follow instructions carefully:
- The font is Playfair Display BOLD (you can download from the master folder).
- Font size 65 (on a 1920×816 timeline)
- The bride’s name is first.
- The names should be in ALL CAPS with a “+” (plus sign) between the names.
- Fade in and out.
- Use Text Video Overlay Template (as shown in the photo below)
If the title is not formatted exactly as shown, we will reject the video and ask you to change it. Please follow instructions.

OTHER NOTES:
The first 30 seconds of the highlight video should be beautiful and artistic. We always want scenery, drone, decor, and gorgeous shots!
The beginning of the video should show the best clips we have from this wedding and should not include ceremony or toast footage.
DO NOT include shaky footage, quick zooms or camera readjustments, sped-up movement, unflattering shots, etc.
DO NOT change the audio speed.
If you use the DeNoise effect on the audio, make sure that the intensity is not too high, we do not want the audio to sound warped or sounds “under water.”
A video should never have singing and speaking at the same time.
DO NOT add Guest Interviews in highlight or documentary videos.
