STEP 1
Name your Footage Folder based on the instructions on Dashboard.
It’s easy. On Dashboard, click the page called Video Uploads.
Copy and paste your Footage Folder Name — it must be EXACTLY CORRECT.
If you do not see this information, it is because either a wedding has not happened or you started the payment request. Please reach out in Message for the Footage Folder Name and Upload Code before moving to STEP 2.
STEP 2
Create one (1) folder on your computer with all of your footage.
This is your Footage Folder.
Organize your files into sub-folders listed below. This is extremely important. Your sub-folders must be labeled and organized correctly so we can properly review and approve your payment. Since you captured the ceremony across two cameras, you’ll need to consolidate those files into one “Ceremony” sub-folder.
Label each sub-folder with the number of files contained inside. If you don’t include the number of files within each sub-folder, pay will be reduced and you’ll need to upload again.
Rename audio file to indicate the specific use of the audio.
For Example: Ceremony_GroomLav.mp3, Ceremony_OfficiantLav.mp3, Reception_DJAudio.mp3, Reception_Lav.mp3
October 07, 2023 – Jay & Dan – (ID-731) – (SEA) Danny Cassuto
- Audio (6 files)<– Don’t forget your file count!!
- B-Roll (119 files)
- Ceremony (6 files) <– Consolidate all your ceremony files into one sub-folder!
- Drone (10 files)
- Private Vows (4 files)
- Toasts (3 files)
This is an example of what your Footage Folder should look like. You must organize your files into sub-folders and include the total number of files within each sub-folder.

STEP 3
Make a back-up copy of your Footage Folder somewhere else on your computer. In rare cases, the upload process can corrupt files. Never upload your only copy of a folder.
Our cloud storage is based on Amazon S3 protocol. Why does this matter? It means folders cannot be renamed. If you do not label correctly the first time, the folder must be deleted and uploaded again.
