Your contract explains your upload policy. The intent of the policy is that you start your upload immediately after the wedding so you’ll be finished within 48 hours.
We expect your uploads to finish within 48 hours. If the upload is taking longer than 48 hours, you must regularly monitor the progress and message us within dashboard (Message Tab) at least once a day.
We understand your upload might take longer due to internet issues, slow computers, or back-to-back weddings. That’s totally fine, and you’ll never be penalized as long as we have great communication to know your progress.
Start your upload as soon as possible after the wedding or engagement session so your upload can be finished within 48 hours.
