STEP 1 – COPY THE SHARED LINK
Please make sure you use the correct link based on the month when your wedding took place!

STEP 2 – OPEN JETSTREAM, AND SELECT PASTE SHARED LINK.
Use the link shared above.
You do NOT need a password. You can leave it blank!
STEP 3 – TRANSFER FOLDER – Please read this step very carefully!
After pasting the Shared Link, you’ll now have access to the server.
Left Window = Your Local Hard Drive Directory
Right Window = Our Server Directory
Drag your Footage Folder from your local hard drive to the server’s top-level folder only (e.g., “March Wedding Folders”) Be careful!
Do not open the server’s top-level folder. You might accidentally drag your Footage Folder into another wedding’s folder by mistake.
STEP 4 – TRANSFER PREVIEW
You’ll see a pop-up window. Enter this information exactly.
Transfer Name: Your First and Last Name
Description: Footage Folder Name (must be exactly correct from Dashboard)
STEP 5 – INTEGRITY CHECK
Some videographers skip this step — and need to start from scratch. Read closely!
Click the TRANSFERS tab on the top of your screen.
Once your upload status says complete, you should right-click on it, and select the option to run an Integrity Check.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT INTEGRITY CHECK WON’T SHOW AFTER FEW HOURS ONCE UPLOAD IS COMPLETED!!
This is mandatory. It may take some time. Your computer might freeze during this process. It’s normal. Please be patient. It’s checking all your files to make sure they uploaded successfully and are not corrupted. This may take 30 minutes. Do not close the software, or you’ll interrupt the check.
Your payment will be rejected if you do not follow this process.
STEP 6 – SCREENSHOT FOR COMPLETION
Take a screenshot of the pop-up window showing the results of the Integrity Check. You need this screenshot for your payment request. The results should say “Pass.”
Your screenshot should look exactly like this pop-up window! Anything else, and it’s incomplete. Your payment will be rejected.
If your screenshot looks different, you did not follow the instructions to run an Integrity Check, and your payment request will not be approved.
You will need to start from scratch, and you’ll be responsible for paying the $50 server data usage fee.
