Final Checklist

A. Overall Quality

You must watch all videos from beginning to end. All videos must be completely finished and ready to send directly to the client.

1. The title has the correct spelling, font, size, position and the bride’s name goes first.
2. The first 30 seconds of the Highlight Video has the best quality footage, such as beautiful drone, scenery, the couple, etc.
3. There are no error messages, missing audio or cuts, black bars, glitches or other mistakes.
4. There are no footage problems, such as crooked or blurry shots, warp stabilizer, poor framing, duplicate shots, etc.
5. All Video Products contained in this order are uploaded in the correct Dropbox folder.

B. Important Moments

Every Highlight Video should include clips from ALL of these Important Moments. If not, you must explain why.

1. The Highlight Video includes clips from ALL of the Important Moments. If not, you must explain why.
2. If the videographer filmed any Important Moment with more than 1 camera, you must use the best angle.
3. If the videographer recorded audio separately, you must use the best audio source.

C. Toasts

1. The Highlight Video contains at least one (1) clip from every person who gave a toast.
2. The Highlight Video includes complete sentences that make sense in English.
3. If the videographer filmed toasts with more than 1 camera, you must use the best angle.
4. If the videographer recorded audio separately, you must use the best audio source.
5. All videos contain smooth transitions between each speaker.

D. Ceremony

1. All videos contain the best camera angle, such as a medium shot where you clearly see the couple’s faces.
2. All videos contain the best audio source if the videographer recorded audio separately.
3. The Highlight Video contains the Important Moments:

a. Bride Walking Down the Aisle
b. First Kiss
c. Couple’s Grand Exit

E. Colors

It’s important for colors to be consistent. You should apply the LUT and adjust exposure, white balance and tint.

1. The video is edited with the correct color style (Rustic/Classic).
2. The LUT instructions are followed correctly.
3. The colors look consistent throughout the entire video.
4. Any color inconsistencies are carefully edited and adjusted so they look as good as possible.
5. If there are any color inconsistencies, you notified us before sending the video.

F. Drone Footage

1. If the videographer did upload drone footage, the Highlight Video includes the best shots.
2. If the videographer did not upload drone footage, you used Dropbox Stock Footage from the same venue that matches the wedding season and weather.

G. Songs

1. The Highlight Video contains two (2) songs that play from beginning to end.
2. If this is Editor’s Choice, you followed instructions for First Song Type (Instrumental or Romantic Lyrics).
3. If this is Couple’s Choice, you used the correct songs from Dropbox.
4. If the First Song Type is Instrumental, you used vows or other spoken words.
5. If the First Song Type is Romantic Lyrics, you did not use vows or spoken words during the first song.
6. The video does not contain singing and speaking at the same time.
