Our 12-month program will give you all the hands-on skills and training you need to launch your career in high-end weddings.
What You’ll Get:
- Begin photographing and filming real wedding events to gain practical, on-the-job experience.

- Build relationships with our experienced Lead Photographer and Videographer.
- Learn from the best and develop the skills to eventually become a Lead Photographer and Videographer at future weddings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Camera Proficiency: You must know how to use your camera in manual mode and be familiar with using an on-camera flash.
- Work Experience: Preferably with experience in event photography or videography.
- Camera Gear: You need to have one (1) professional camera body with a variety of lenses (no kit lens) and one (1) on-camera flash.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from wedding events.
- Growth Mindset: Must be open to constructive criticism and show a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Commitment: Able to commit to attend our dedicated workshops for ongoing mentorship sessions.
- Availability: Must be generally available to take on 7-10 wedding projects during the 12-month program.

Compensation Pay:
The standard rate is $15 per hour. Projects may vary in hours of event coverage.
